At Yale Israel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
